Applications are invited from eligible candidates within the age limit of 18 years to 43 years ( Relaxation as per Govt Rules) for filling up posts of Peon, Chowkidar, Jarikarak and Driver which are newly created vide letter No. JDJ(E).260/2010/26 dated 03.10.2012 vacant under the establishment of the  District & Sessions Judge, Karbi Anglong, Diphu

i) The applicant must submit their applications in the standard form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX with self attested photocopy of all relevant documents and two recent passport size photographs.

ii) In the top of the application form there should be contact mobile or telephone number written in red ink.

iii) For the post of Court Peon, Office Peon, Driver and Jarikarak, a written test of 30 marks with Essay type questions shall be held and there shall be Oral interview of 20 marks. Question paper of written test for the post of Driver and aforesaid Peons will be VIII standard and for the post of Jarikarak will be X standard. In addition there shall be a Driving Test of 5 marks for the post of Driver to be conducted by DTO or any MVI authorized by him or the Board.

iv) For the post of Attach peons, Chowkidars and Bunglow Peon will be selected on the basis of Oral interview of 30 marks. In addition there should be Physical Fitness Test of 10 marks for the post of Chowkidar.

v) Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify in the written test, will be called for the personal interview. A list of succesful candidates will be published in the District & Sessions Judge notice Board, Karbi Anglong, Diphu.

vi) The candidates will have to produce the testimonials in original, in terms of his/her age, Caste and Educational Qualification etc. during personal interview after qualifying the written test.

v) Completed applications along with all testimonials as mentioned above should be addressed to " The District and Sessions Judge, Karbi Anglong, Diphu Pin Code- 782460" and should be dropped in the "Drop Box" Labeled as " Drop Box for Applications" to be kept at the premises of Office of the undersigned within the stipulated date & time.

vi) Last date of receipt of application in the "Drop Box" by post is 18.10.2017upto 5.00 PM. Drop Box will be closed after last date and time.

vii) Application submitted in any other mode, except as indicated and incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without any communication to the candidate.

viii) Canvassing by any means will immediately lead to rejection of candidature.

ix) Candidates who are alreasy in the Government Services must submit " No Objection Certificate" from appropriate authority at the time of interview.

x) Selected candidates will receive their appointment letters by post at  their respective postal address as specified by them in their application form.

xi) Reservation of candidates belonging to different categories will be as per rules.

xii) The certificate for claiming reservation must be issued by the competent authority and the same in original must be produced before the selection criteria etc. menitoned in the advertisement.

xiii) Experience in the relevant field will be counted.

xiv) The office of the undersigned reserves the right to alter/modify or change any of the termsand conditions including selection etc mentioned in the advertisement.

xv) The Admission of candidates at all stages of the selection process will be purely provisional and subject to their satisfying and prescirbed eligibility conditions by way of furnishing documentary evidence in support thereof. If on verification at any time before or after the selection process, it is found that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility condition, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled. Mere calling of candidature to the written/skill test/interview does not mean acceptance of the candidature.

xvi) Any informantion submitted by an applicant in his/her application will bind the candidate personally and if found to be false shall be liable for criminal prosecution apart from civil law.

xvii) The office of the undersigned reserves the right to cancel the advertisement alter any terms and conditions of the advertisement  at any stage.

xviii) All other matters regarding the recruitment process which are nor specified herein shall be as decided by the selection comittee taking note of the guidelines of the Hon'ble Gauhati High Court rules.

xix) No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates.

xx) Under the mark 1:3 candidates wil be called for Viva Voce.

xxi) No one , can be allowed to apply for more tan one post.
